PRICES
Prices vary upon location, size and amenities. All of
our homes have fireplaces, telephones, VCR s, cable TV's,
fully equipped kitchens with appliances; including microwave,
coffee maker, all utensils and cookware, picnic table,
umbrellas, and BBQ's. All are within 4 miles of Stateline
Casinos, 6 miles to Heavenly Ski Area. EASY ACCESS!
RESERVATIONS
A deposit of one night's rent + tax is required at the
time of making your reservation. Balance is due 60 days
prior to arrival. Payments by personal check or money
orders, and all major credit cards are accepted. A major
credit card voucher is required for security/telephone
deposit. Cancellations: Penalty of 20% of deposit if cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival. All cancellations within
60 days of arrival date subject to full forfeiture unless
we are able to rebook the unit.
RENTAL INFORMATION
Reservation requests may be made on-line, through either
our co-op office at 219 Kingsbury Grade Suite 2C, Stateline,
Nevada 89449, (775) 588-4811, . We have been in the rental
and service business in Lake Tahoe since 1950. We will
do our best to insure a pleasant stay. Please, let us
know if you wish to be overlooking the Lake, Ski Resort,
Forest, or Casinos.
Houses have a 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM (excluding holidays)
All reservations are subject to a 10% Transient Occupany
